- No Punishment, No inquiry, service certificate
- Certificate of Continuous service (EOL Detail)
- PEC result last 3 years
- 1st Joining Orders copy
- 1st Joining report copy
- CNIC Copy
- Domicile Copy
- Medical Certificate copy
- All verified degrees
- Service Book Copy
- Transfer order (if applicable)
- Relieving (in case of transfer)
- 2nd Joining(in case of transfer)\
- PERs last 3 years
