E Transfer Documents Verification June 2020

Almost 23000 applications has been submitted  by teachers under E Transfer Phase 6, under different categories e.g. Open Merit, Wedlock, Disability, Widow, Mutual.

Lists are being prepared by PITB.

Document verification is the most important phase in E transfer to be done by local administrations e.g. DEO (EE-M), DEO (EE-W), DEO (SE), CEO (DEA).

You have to prepare files (One original and one copy) containing following documents.

1. CNIC
2. First Orders
3. First Joining
4. Last Orders (Transfer, Regularization, Promotions) If Applicable
5. Last joining (If Applicable)
6. Nikah Nama (If Applicable)
7. Husband's CNIC, Domicile, Service Certificate ( If Applicable)
   
8. Disability Certificate (If Applicable)
9. Divorce Certificate (If Applicable)
10. Salary Slip
11. Stamp paper for mutual transfer Rs 50
