Distribution of Free Textbooks to Public Schools notification

DISTRIBUTION OF FREE TEXTBOOKS TO PUBLIC SECTOR SCHOOLS FROM VARIOUS TEHSIL WAREHOUSES  ACROSS THE PUNJAB FOR THE ACADEMIC SESSION  2020.21

I am directed to refer to the subject noted above and to state that the Programme Director. Programme Monitoring & Implementation Unit-Punjab Education Sector Reform Programme has informed that his Institution has completed the annual transportation of free textbooks at 128 tehsil warehouses across the Punjab for the academic session 2020-21 After its delivery at concerned Tensil Warehouse. Its further distribution to schools and students becomes the responsibility of concerned Chief Executive Officer (DEA) 2. I am also directed to convey you that the Competent Authority / Secretary School Education has desired that necessary steps may be taken for the distribution of free textbooks to schools from concerned Tehsil Warehouses within your respective district, please The Department has already allowed opening of Administrative Offices on Monday & Tuesday with minimum staff. The same activity may be Earned out class-wise with distribution of time and social distancing for distribution of books 3 All SOPs issued by SED, Health Department & other relevant agencies from time to time in context of pandemic COVID 19 strictly followed please.
